6.1 Liability

Neither Analogia Inc./Studio Electronics nor anyone else involved in the creation, production, or delivery of this

product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever

arising out of the use of this product, or inability to use this product; including without limitation: damages for loss of

business,prots,goodwill,businessinterruption,lossofbusinessinformation,dataoranyotherpecuniaryloss,even

if Analogia Inc./Studio Electronics were previously advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow

limitations on the length of an implied warranty, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,

so the above limitation and/or exclusions may not apply to you.

DO NOT MODIFY THE UNIT! This product, when installed as indicated in the instructions contained in this

manual,meetsFCCrequirement.ModicationsnotexpresslyapprovedbyAnalogiaInc./StudioElectronicsmayvoid

your authority granted by the FCC, to use this product.

IMPORTANT:Whenconnectingthisproducttoaccessoriesand/oranotherproduct,useonlyhighqualityshielded

cables.Cable(s)suppliedwiththisproductmustbeused.Followallinstallationinstructions.Failuretofollow

instructionscouldvoidyourFCCauthorizationtousethisproductintheUSA.

NOTE: This product has been tested and found to comply with the requirements listed in FCC Regulations, Part 15

for Class “B” digital devices. Compliance with these requirements provides a reasonable level of assurance that your
